Ordered a wing, 2x lights and a rubber tailgate boot for a Fiat 500. Didn't receive the boot and was told it was a problem with the courier. Promised i would be sent £20 as a refund and would send me a receipt which they didn't include. Weeks later and no refund/receipt and they ignore my calls/emails. Very poor, not ethical at all. Will be taking them to court over this.
