I've just requested a copy of a glasses prescription for my 89 year old father as he needs it for a medical appointment. I was informed that there will be a cost of £3:50 for postage even though its just a normal second class letter. If I collect ut myself there is no charge, what a rip off! I will be picking it up as a matter of principal.
