However it wasn’t until I got home and read the information I’d been given that I realised the life span of a wig is limited.

I took my mum to Alternative look as she has experienced hair loss over the last 2 years,it's taken her a lot of courage to take the 1st step towards a wig & Emma & the staff were absolutely brilliant, patient & caring, she tried on several styles & setteld on a beautiful bob very similar to how her hair used to be,she feels super confident & even wore it out of the shop,thank-you so much Emma for you kindness & for giving mum her confidence back !

Already had bought a wig from here when hair was thinning. Andrea from the Blackpool shop was so helpful. Now that I have a cancer diagnosis I went again today and Emma was really helpful. I tried lots of colours and styles on and was delighted to get 2 more wigs to add to my collection. No problem wearing wigs and like to ring the changes. I will be bald for several months and have no embarrassment either wearing wigs or telling people that I am a wig wearer. The staff are so lovely and professional. Pauline Fazackerley
