They scratched my suede leather shoes in two places and hid it with a bag. Iād rather they apologised and found a solution but they chose to lie and gave me the other shoe to check. I would not go back or recommend. So disappointed and horrified at the same time.

Awful experience - he committed to deliver my stuff by today and i even paid an extra for that. Except he denied that today, said he did not remember that and totally unapologetic - not willing to help me find a solution given the fact i am leaving for 3 weeks without my clothes. Unacceptable. i will never go back
