I have been visiting this store regularly for yrs and purchase items on a regular basis. However I entered the store today to look for a jumper for a birthday present and as I entered to store the alarm went off. I turned to look at the staff member standing by the main entrance with confusment and he just shrugged his shoulders also looking confused. I carried on into the shop only to find another member of staff following me around as if I had or was just about to steal something. Feeling put off and not very happy about a member of staff almost stuck to me like glue I thought sod it and decided to not to buy anything and go to another shop. As I was just about to leave the store the alarm went off once again and was told they would have to look in my bag. I was not happy about this but politely opened my bag and it was just filled with my work stuff. I get that people steal from these places but to make me out like I was going to steal something when I have never stolen anything before was not only embarrassing but also completely unfair. They have now lost a regular customer as I will never be going back in there again.im not going to be made to feel like that by a member of their staff again
