I will struggle to sufficiently express how delighted we are with the Burghley summerhouse from Scotts. I knew the brand reputation was absolute quality and attention to detail. That’s exactly what was delivered and installed, and in a matter of hours by a cheerful small team . The summerhouse is utterly beautiful and instantly seemed to upgrade the entire garden! It's given us a completely different view of the garden in comfort and created a wonderful space. The team kindly helped me connect with an upholsterer who could make bespoke cushions, the results are stunningly beautiful. The production team were very happy to adjust the design to include extra opening windows which gives us a complete 225 degree view of the garden and so much light. Perfect! The flooring option suits the design well and is so easy to wipe, as promised. Again an appreciated detail that they have absolutely attended to. (It was thoroughly tested post an 18th birthday party and passed!) If asked is it worth the wait from order to delivery? I would answer absolutely!

Just to say what a lovely firm they are to deal with and the guys putting up the summerhouse very polite and efficient completing the build in one day. We called them back six months later to hang the door which was sticking. It was due to the builders who laid the flags and didn’t get it level something that Scootts made a big point of in their instructions but now two years on all is perfect and we love our summer house. We call it the ZEN DEN !

Our experience of Scott's has been excellent from the very beginning. Katherine is delightful and gave us all the information and advice we needed when we visited the site to look for a summerhouse. Delivery and installation was a bit tricky, owing to our location but, again, Katherine was really helpful and the team that came to do the work were great, with nothing too much trouble. The summerhouse is gorgeous, just what we had wanted and looks wonderful in our garden, giving us an extra room, which we have used all year. We have needed a couple of adjustments made and these have been accomplished with a minimum of fuss or bother. We would recommend Scotts 100%
