I took my bike in today to buy a new saddle as the one it came with was extremely uncomfortable. Rather than taking my money the chap running the shop suggested a minor change to the saddle position. He also tweaked my handlebar position to address a different problem. It’s like riding a completely different bike. Really cannot recommend this shop enough. The owner REALLY knows what he’s doing. I’ve been going there for well over 30 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I used to come in quite a bit, moved away now I'm back in the area and this is still the only bike shop I'd use. The bloke running it has a wealth of knowledge, never rips you off and does quality work. I think some reviewers have mistaken his tone, he's obviously just a man who likes to share knowledge.
