I recently purchased a log burner via Scott arm stoves and I was treated exceptionally from first visit and throughout the purchasing experience. Glen was fantastic, advised most suitable stove and kept me informed of my purchase / delivery to ensure arrived in time for installation. Glen recommended the use of Simon their installer and what a lovely man. Came to our home immediately to assess the job and booked in same day. He recommended Kirby’s in Boston spa for hearths (which were really reasonable) and collected both the hearths and stove the day before installation. Everything is now fitted and we’re over the moon! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional stove provider and installer at reasonable price and fantastic quality!
