    Great place to visit with interesting stories about the people of the area responsible for the build. Very nice items on display. Was very interesting to see a jet engine there even. If you are in the area and can spare the £9 it's not a bad place to visit. You can spend about and hour or two and see all they have to offer. Ensure to play the games even if you are not a kid because you can learn some good principles even as an adult. Make sure to try inserting the "hot" rivets into the steel sheeting to remind yourself how difficult the work back then used to be.

    Fascinating place. Lots of exhibits and info on ship building, different types of boat, (fishing, racing boats, lifeboats...), the machinery and so on. It's amazing that the entire building was moved here from the Clyde. A good number of interactive exhibits scattered around, which kept my 11 year old entertained. I was slightly disappointed we missed the tour of the extra bits - recommend checking the times before you go, unlike us! I think the last one was 2.15pm.
