Had a Reverse Osmosis Water Filter installed in October/November 2022 and have to say that the customer service is second to none. Communications with Kristie via email and phone were easy and friendly, no question was too stupid or irrelevant to ask her, received lots of info on water filters nad was given good sound advice. The installation was handled professionally and didn't take long at all and everyhting was left clean and tidy after. Also had replacement filters delivered today after ordering them yesterday!! It's a great company with great people.

Really pleased with our water softener install. We had a large one (about 4ft tall) and it was installed seamlessly in the garage within 2 hours from start to finish. Whole house has softened water and no water spots on the cars when cleaned or the shower screens which were my main objectives but so many other benefits too! Excellent service from Lauren and the team too via phone and email.
