I made 77 calls from 7.59am to 1.30pm to the bridge of don surgery yesterday and each time a message told me they were busy and I should call back later - totally unacceptable level of service - needs to be addressed without delay !!

Tried to call reception all day and next day morning. All I can hear is "due to a large number of patient calls, we are unable to take your call. please try again later". Really..

Would like to see like to see the econsults to be back so much easier and quicker 40 times it took to finally get through. Was number 1 in the queue for 30 mins. It’s a very busy surgery Doctors are really good. If they could do something about the phones not being answered

Not great. Feel really bad but I had to call NHS 24 recently. This doctors sugery is so full now it's crazy. Last time I tried calling throughout day from opening till 3.30pm load sof times. Each time automated response just said extremely busy then hung up. Next time I managed to get through for receptionist to just say call back tomorrow. Tried that and couldn't get through all day. Today I've managed to get through after calling back lots of times and then I getting through being put on a 25mins hold only to be told I need to call back, then they hung up. It's really not good. Meanwhile my child is ill and looks like may have to call NHS 24 again. I don't want to use nhs24 and feel bad in doing so but this practice is becoming unusable.

I have been with this surgery for 33 years and can say I’ve never had a bad experience. I have watched as it’s had to cope with the changes over the years. It has embraced these changes each time with a positive attitude and with consideration for there patients. They keep the surgery up to date with technology, it is always clean and well decorated. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone... 24/02/2023 Just wanted to update this today, as I've just been to get stitches out from the nurse. Again a was a pleasure, the nurse was friendly and made me feel very relaxed ( didn't feel a thing) thank you. They have a new receptionist who was very pleasant & friendly, she fits in well with the staff who have been working there all these years. Their job, is not an easy one, with all the pressure they have on a daily basis. The doctors, I find them to be extremely understanding when you consult with them. We need to express when they are doing a good job and not just when we are unhappy and want to moan. Thank you again to all the staff!!

The worst GP practice! after waiting in line for 30 minutes being the first one to disconnect me. When I came to the clinic it was empty and yet there is no one to answer the phone!

If I could give zero stars I would, can’t talk to a doctor, can’t get an appointment call to suit when you are available, like afternoons or morning people work and can’t sit by a phone for 8 hours. I’m still waiting on my call back from 8 weeks ago. Taking personal calls in middle of supermarkets because you can’t sit indoors for 8/9 hours waiting on doctor call back!! Reception rude to my daughter on two occasions having called in afternoon after her school class to make an appointment to be told emergencies only, call back at 8am, she’s on a public bus at 8am, not best place to discuss private problems!!! never asked if it was even an emergency, likely case of dismissing younger people. No wonder A&E at bursting point! Terrible way to treat people,
