Mindnumbingly incompetent recently. Have dealt with them for over 35 years, but the current stable of advisors are barely literate, incompetent, non responsive, and mind bogglingly useless. I don't know if it is just a problem with the branch I am dealing with, or if it is more endemic of a larger problem with Scotiabank in general, but I would not recommend them at all
