I was actually left feeling extreme pity for the lady who manages this shop. I visited here with my two children and sister. My son who is 3 was left very upset. I suggest this shop should not sell toys or at the very least do not have them on display as kids being kids will want to play. First the lady asked my sister "is this your child?" She explained that he wasn't and then she kept going on about health and safety. Then my poor son was fixated with this toy vacuum (which I would have brought for him) if she then didn't come back and ask me to put it back. I placed the vacuum back and the few bits and bobs I wanted to purchase and explained to my son that the nasty blonde lady didn't like children in the store. However, on the upside we then went to PDSA and the managers here were absolutely lovely and so helpful and loved to see kids... being kids.

The New blonde manager is one of the most ignorant people I've ever met. Control freak, bossy to the volunteers. No communication skills. I've been a customer to this shop for over 6 years. She's been there 6 months , ish and you can feel the difference. Silly pricing. Rude service. Just horrible. The other manager lady with brown hair is wonderful.
