The teenage volunteers are badly managed. Trying to browse while they push past and climb all over you is unpleasant.

This is one of my favourite charity shop and their item is nice and lovely, but only bad thing about it is the staff but not all of them, one day I encounter one of their male young staff that very rude and sarcastic specially to other nationality who doesn’t speak proper english..I believe a person who doesn’t have a perfect English can still be treated with respect not to embarrassed them in front of others, and at least they need to be polite with their costumers.

Probably one of my favourite charity shops anywhere. My boy Calls it The Toy shop because he always gets something from it. Absolute favourite

This is for the young girl that was in today but not sure of her name. Took some bags in, and she was nice most of staff but not all are polite and I can also get some really nice stuff but knocked down one because of the management not very polite at all unfortunately

Shocking shop. Each time I have been in (over a span of a year or so) the shop is disorganised with items poorly put on shelves or just left in piles. Worse still, the shelves are dusty and dirty.

I wish this charity shop would check items are functioning before they sell them. I’ve three times now bought children’s toys which when I got home I found were faulty and I had to dispose of them. I now check before purchase but it doesn’t always occur to people to give items a thorough safety and mechanical check before purchasing something items for sale. The prices are also not so low you can be blasé about it.
