Have shopped here a few times, very disappointed to hear a SENIOR member of staff regularly make degrading and unhelpful comments about customers entering the shop. Yesterday being the most recent when an elderly gentleman asked for assistance with some CDs and she scoffed behind the till to another staff member ‘tell him there is none of what he is looking for and maybe he’ll go away‘ it's a shame this isn’t an isolated incident.

I like this place because the goods are reasonably priced and of good quality. The shop is clean and tidy. Stock is updated regularly and you can pick up a bargain from the clearance rail and the shoes bowl beside the till. The staff are friendly. Numbers of customers allowed in the shop have been reduced but still able to social distance. Unlike other charity shops Scope does not separate 'designer labels' and put a high price on it. This works well for the shop. Well done 👏
