When I first decided to get my bathroom redone I was let down by several companies who failed to get back to me or were simply not up to the mark. Luckily, I visited the beautiful showroom at Scope Bathrooms in Hillington. I had an appointment with Nicola in design who is simply outstanding. Her precise knowledge, impeccable communication and professional throughout made the whole process so easy. My products were all chosen on the spot and a drawing created and sent over to me very swiftly. They have top quality designer stuff at very reasonable prices and most importantly their customer service is second to none. We had a few slight glitches along the way that were dealt with efficiently and fairly which highlighted their excellent customer service. (Thank you Amanda). Even the delivery was a dream - I was given a precise time and the driver was friendly and helpful. I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom and all the products I chose from Scope. If you need a new bathroom and are in Glasgow- Scope is your answer! My only regret is that I wish I found them sooner!!

Went to scope bathrooms today looking for hinges for my Laufen toilet seat as couldn’t get them anywhere ! The girl at reception and guy at warehouse I think we’re so helpful ! I walked away with hinges and seat of display free of charge . I’m in the building trade and I’ve never came across such helpful staff ! Yous are both a credit to scope bathrooms ! I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for bathroom needs .
