Huge thanks to Karen and her team for really helpful advice (eg we could have bought a more expensive moped than we did but didn’t, on the advice), gave us two(!) jackets, bike lock, waterproofs, leg cover and even lent us her gloves to ride home. But not only that the entire team were so helpful with tonnes of practical advice for us (beginner scooter owner), and nothing was too much trouble, safety was clearly first. Hugely patient, warm and friendly. I highly recommend this lovely shop. Also… this shop has a really comprehensive range of Vespas, Piaggios and more. Go here!
