My recent experience at Scooperb, an ice cream shop, was nothing short of disappointing. The first thing that struck me was the unprofessional behavior of the employees. While I was ordering, I couldn't help but notice the rude snickering and giggling in their own language, directed towards a customer. This made the atmosphere uncomfortable and intimidating. It is highly unbecoming for any establishment to allow their employees to engage in such behavior, as it creates a hostile environment for customers. Adding to my dismay, when I received my order, it turned out to be completely wrong. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, they refused to provide a refund or even offer a replacement. The lack of accountability and customer service is utterly unacceptable. It's disheartening to see a business prioritize their own convenience over rectifying their mistakes and ensuring customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, when I asked for a specific ice cream flavor that was advertised, I was informed that they were out of stock. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the employees resorted to laughing and mocking me in their language. This level of disrespect and discrimination is deeply upsetting and reflects poorly on the values of the establishment. Customers should be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances. In conclusion, Scooperb left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the employees, their refusal to provide a refund for a wrong item, and their mockery when an ice cream flavor was out of stock showcased a severe lack of customer service and respect. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a pleasant ice cream experience to look elsewhere, as Scooperb fails to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer care.

For some reason they priced each flavour a different price and had to pay more than 6 pounds for 2 scoops I found this over priced and ridiculous I might as well go to sprinkles as they have all there ice creams and flavours set to one price .

We felt the portions were small for the prices that were charged. Ice cream was good but had to request napkins which were out of sight behind the counter and were then given 3 to be shared between 5.
