Ordered through Uber Eats two waffles and an iced coffee. Waffles were 10 out of 10 however the coffee arrived warm (all ice cubes had melted), I had a sip and it tasted sweet and smelled like hazelnut. I have a hazelnut allergy and noted this to the shop on the note section and called the owner as well to inform him. Not entirely sure if there was anything added to my coffee but for peace of mind I didn’t have it. I reported this issue on the app about the coffee and I got a refund for the coffee. The owner called me the next day asking what was wrong with the order and why I asked for a full refund, the owner was very confrontational on the phone and told me that his business would never recover after my review. I felt bad and went on the app to ensure I left a good review. I appreciate this is a small business but calling your customers to tell them off won’t bring them back to the shop.
