I went for hair highlightling witrh a stylyst Lucy ( the hair stylyst), she can't do proper colour according to my expectation,70 pounds I have paid highlighting .. she asked me come agin to modify it agian with a nominal charge ,she took booking as well.. when I have visited that shop she denied to do anything ..but she was shouting and misbehaving me... very unproffesional hair stylyst.... shop is not friendly at all ...no recommended

Place is called LJS now, absolutely fantastic experience there today. Called at 2.15 on the off chance there would be someone available for a cut and blow dry, there wasn't any space but they made space for me which was amazing. Hair was cut by Lucy who made me feel so comfortable. Had a bad salon experience in the past so was a bit nervous but she took so much time cutting my hair perfectly and I left feeling like a new woman. Thanks so much and will 100% be returning ❤️

My daughter Meg had a bad experience at another hairdressers where they bleached her hair to the scalp and burned all of her scalp cause bleach was left on too long and not washed out properly cause her hair underneath to break .. We came along to Lindsay at scissor scissors and she was do professional explaining everything she would do to correct the previous hair saloons treatment and what an amazing job was done my daughter was so happy leaving this salon I’d recommend to any one go in they are so friendly and the hair cut and highlights were top class … thank you Lindsay we will see you in 6/8 weeks for a few more highlights will never go anywhere else … Thank you again Linda 💕♥️❤️ Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

Had an appointment a few days ago. After the hairdresser had finished cutting my hair she said "done" and added product to my hair. She didn't ask me if I was happy with the haircut before applying the product. It would have been awkward asking for more off at this stage. She would have had to wash out the product. I felt I was rushed through the experience. Some customers' haircuts will take longer than expected. Customers can tell very easily if you're impatient. Also, some basic customer service skills were missing. Things like saying "Hello, how are you?" and paying attention to customers. The haircut itself wasn't that bad, could have been cut shorter. Prices were cheap. Not the worst experience but could have been better.
