AVOID at all cost. Bought shovel which was faulty. Sent it back. Despite admitting it was faulty an stating they would replace it they have NOT done so. They do not reply to messages. 9 months later and still nothing. I would strongly advise against using this company

Avoid this DREADFUL COMPANY!!! Ordered secateurs from them, via Amazon. Wrong product sent - emailed and phoned them many times but NO RESPONSE. Returned wrong product to them on 28th October for refund - NO REFUND as of 2nd December despite emailing and phoning them many times with NO RESPONSE. Never had such DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY 76- YEAR LIFETIME!!!

I ordered a panther welding jacket in June 21 and have been getting every excuse since from being short staffed, to customs destroyed it, to supplier sent wrong size. Finally in Oct 21, yes FIVE MONTHS after I ordered jacket I got sick of there excuses and asked for my money back. When I did this the guy on the phone was less then nice and when I told him that I would leave a review he hung up on me. I still haven't got my money back. Messers do not get caught buy some where else. And to Scion I want my money back this week or I will take further action torecover

Ordered an item online only for the wrong one to arrive. After a slow response from customer service another was sent out. It arrived about 10 days after my initial order but somehow was again another incorrect item. It's been two weeks since that second incorrect item and there has been only one response to my emails requesting the correct one sent and no further deliveries. In my case this company has proven useless.
