I absolutely love coming here! Not only are the staff so friendly but since Annie has been manager I believe the working climate has improved greatly. I have also heard great things from other people who shop there. They always help you with your questions, even if you have no idea about what shoe size you need - and they go out of their way to check the back, measure your feet, and sell you extras you might need. I prefer going here than the other shoe shops in St Albans 🏼

Such a helpful store. Bought a pair of crocs from Watford but they were too small, St Albans had what I needed, I’m not from there and wasn’t sure how to get there, called the store and Annie was amazing and talked me through how to get there!
