Over priced, each time we bought a school skirt from here the hem drops down within a week of wear, how many times can you keep taking a skirt back. They seem to have a monopoly on school uniform, having to buy a particular skirt from them as you can't get it locally from anywhere else, seems like they've made a deal with the schools

Overpriced and poor service. In the chaos of buying uniform we somehow had a wrong sized overpriced jumper, was served by someone whom looked like they had just left school. Tried to return after 8 days. They refused a refund, probably their mistake. After spending about £150 great service??? As a governor at a local school I will push to get all uniform online.

I ordered a fleece for my son back on 31st August 17. They said it could take 2 weeks to arrive. I called after 2 weeks and it still had not arrived. Then 2 weeks later still not arrived. I called back beginning of October and they informed me that it had arrived but now been sent away for embroidery. I called back today (30th October) and they told me it had been ready for collection on the 28th September!!! No phone call or email sent to me (as promised). They apologised for giving me duff information in early October. No offer of posting it to me for my inconvenience! They seem to have a monopoly on branded uniform in Hereford but with that comes no customer service. In fact that the people that work there are not very polite and by my experience untrained.
