Seems I'll never be served at this post office. Each time I go there, I'm told to "wait 15 minutes as my colleague is on lunch break". Yet, I also make use of my lunch break to pop in to do my business...or attempt to.

Quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had in a post office whilst sending parcels. No matter the amount of parcels I had and the size of them the lovely lady behind the counter made me feel welcome and helped me all the way, this was one of the first times I’ve sent multiple items, I was a assured from the moment I went in that it wouldn’t be a problem, hats off to you guys for such a fantastic service and I’ll be sure to return when I have more to post thank you.

The little post office has all the accessories you need to send letters.The place has all sorts of packaging options , that you can buy of shelf and pay at the post office counter ..So easy and hassle free staff out there 🙂 there is parking as well for the customers 📮🚗💌

Extremely rude vile woman who is on a power trip. Doesn’t say hi but barks orders with a strict face. Her male colleague wasn’t much better barking orders at old customers who were very confused. They then asked me to leave the parcel (worth £200) under the counter where people queue and assure me “don’t worry no one will take it”. How can they make this assurance, do they control the free will of everyone entering the shop? Have photographed the ridiculous place they’ve asked me to keep the parcels. Will be reporting to parcelforce and post office head office. Vile incompetent people

I have used this post office in the past and use to be good but today they were rude about printing of labels for my parcels saying they don’t have a printer which is nonsense because you’re a post office. A guy who worked there told me I was holding up the line when I wasn’t even in the line I was writing my own labels and customer service was appalling. The old Asian woman and man claimed that no post office will be able to print me a label because none of them have printers.
