I have done 2 diplomas with School of Bodywork now, the class sizes were small which was great as the tutors were able spend time with individuals and there were some good friendships made within our group. First I did the Complete Body worker diploma, starting this in the autumn on 2019, the course was disrupted due to the pandemic but the school adapted and we were able to continue studying the required anatomy and physiology content and take our written exams at home (invigilated over webcam with exam papers provided in envelopes with tamper proof seals). On agreement of all the course participants, they were able to rearrange the dates for our practical studies and take our practical exam on the original planned date as restrictions were lifted. Shortly after I completed this course, I signed up to and began the remedial massage diploma, this changed location part way through the course, and there were a couple of planned dates that had to be rearranged, but the course was still completed as expected despite further disruptions due to COVID. On both courses the tutors were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about passing on their skills, and the course content was thorough, going beyond the required standard for examination and qualification, they clearly have a passion for their craft. The content on the remedial diploma really changed they way I worked and has helped me get some great results with my clients, so I was very happy that I chose to do this course. The school has stayed in touch since graduating and continues to support/cheer lead my business as I develop in my early career which I really value.

I began training in the Complete Bodywork Diploma in 2019 and have since completed the Remedial Diploma & Fascia Diploma, alongside the valuable online training courses. Studying with SOB has been life changing both personally and professionally. The standard of training and depth of knowledge Emma humbly shares is incredible. Not only that but she has helped me in her own time with setting up my business & also finding employment as a therapist. I would highly recommend learning with SOB to anyone who wishes to be well supported and succeed in their bodywork therapist ventures.

Emma has a real passion for what she does and it shows in her teaching. She and Louise are full of knowledge and work really well as a pair. The group I was in are all still in touch and we have created a real bond together. The venue is really convenient. Learning to massage is a real privilege, whether you make it a new career or just want to learn a new skill for fun and to use on your family, this course is really worth it.

I would recommend the School of Bodywork to anyone considering a career move into the therapeutic world. As a secondary school teacher, I was consistently impressed by the quality and depth of resources provided to support students through their Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology. My exam results arrived this morning and I have passed all parts of the exam with flying colours! I have been exceptionally well supported throughout the course both on a personal and a professional level. Its been a privilege to work alongside professional therapists who find real joy in their work and I am so looking forward to the next chapter... Remedial Massage! Thank you Emma, Sarah, Ruth, Joy and Belle for sharing your passion for therapeutic touch across the Complete Bodyworker course.
