Loved this place. Very luxurious and comfortable. Large rooms, very clean and tastefully decorated. Hosting communication was excellent. All the facilities were at hand and everything we needed. Good for 10 minute walk into town. Car parking secure and right next to the house. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality accomodation, (find it on air b&b), sleeps six. Well located a few minutes walk from the centre of Kendal. Booked for a family break, our children allowed Mum & Dad (me) to have the room with en-suite, and this also had a sleigh bed! Will definitely revisit soon. Highly recommended.

Beautiful holiday let, highly recommend. Great location near the river, few mins walk from station and some lovely restaurants a stones throw away. The school house is very cosy and relaxing, rrally comfy beds, nice finishes, everything you need for a short break.

Another fantastic stay at the School House holiday cottage! We stayed during the Kendal Mountain Festival with friends. Beautifully decorated, great facilities and perfect location for exploring Kendal and the rest of the Lakes. Hosts Heidi and Dave provide great resources for waking the region (they've even sorted the walks by difficulty for you)! The 4 of us will definitely stay again!
