Absolutely shocking experience! The worst customer service experience I have ever had and for it to be in a store that sells school uniform with children present makes it the more lamentable! And it turns out the person who was so rude was actually the store manager which makes it even worse! What do her team members have if that's the standard ahe stets! I despair! I gave a 1 star rating because there was no option for a nil ior minus as would have been much more appropriate here!
