Sometimes you learn lessons in life the hard way. I've had 2 saabs that have been into non specialists without them diagnosing the issues. One had my car 10 days the other around a week. The latter one I had to get the car picked up and dropped off at schoneville, they must have been a tad embarrassed. This garage has been a saab and volvo breaker for 20 years. You'd have thought in this time they would have learned a thing or two about these cars. On each occasion schoneville phoned me in around 2 hours to say they knew the faults with each car. And within that time was called to say the car was ready to pick up. There was of course a number of years between each of these instances. I now won't take my car anywhere else. Just always feel when dropping off the car that it will be shown total respect. I've seen previous posts pointing out that there is no such a thing as a saab specialists, complete tosh.
