I wouldn’t go there again. Booked a 30 minute consultation with a consultant. Although I was on time I waited about 30 minutes and then I was with the consultant less than 20 minutes. He hadn’t even looked at my MRI in advance or read my notes. So spent 10 minutes explaining my situation. He looked at my MRI for less than a minute and did a very rushed physical examination less than 5 minutes. Was a total waste of my time. Then after I received notes and recommendations by email in a weird format which I could not open. I emailed telling the sender I can’t open or read the notes. Completely ignored, so I withheld payment. They issued no reminder or written request, simply setting a very aggressive debt collection company on to me. So without a polite reminder to pay and WITHOUT giving the advice/medical report I was paying for. Set a debt collection company onto the patient who has not received the service he was supposed to be paying for. I shall now make a formal complaint to the regulator of private medical services and behave in equally aggressive manner.

I had surgery here and the facilities are very new and sparkly and the hospital rooms could easily pass for a fancy hotel. Unfortunately, the client care was poor, post-op care was poor, the hospital admin lacked organisation. After surgery, I was the one who constantly had to chase the hospital for follow up appointments. I wouldn’t recommend because I felt like a product in a factory assembly line. Very quick to operate on you and then just get rid of you with no follow up or care. Also very surprised to see another reviewer saying that they experienced a reaction to the anaesthesia because I had the same thing and it was just shrugged off.

Excellent facilities but operations is very very poor in terms of managing appointments, waiting times even when attending early, long delays in sharing requested reports for tests or scans completed, no follow-ups.. Not value for money and would recommend elsewhere!

Do not recommend. Very unprofessional. Cancelled two appointments without rationale (doctor unavailable - twice - what’s the point in having appointments??) and with complete disregard for my own schedule or the pain that I am in. Go somewhere else!!!
