Another exceptional 5 day stay in a suite to dream of, excellent customer service throughout, especially Kirsten, and Ryan (Hospitality) and Michael (PT), where the Spa area is breath-taking surrounded by manicured lawns. We will be back! Thank you for another memorable stay. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

Stunning building but attention to detail lacking Room was very bright and comfortable. Shelves inside wardrobe dusty so clothes got dusty. Robes provided were great if you were a size 12 or smaller. No reading material, usually there is at least some tourism info or hotel guides but only a small book on fishing….very random. We requested breakfast in our room using the order form in the room, left on the door about 9.30pm, it was still there at 8 the next morning. First world problem but don’t offer a service then not provide it No Prosecco as they had run out. Floor in Charlie’s when we went in for breakfast evidently not cleaned from day before (chick peas under our table) and the buffet breakfast was barely warm although a good choice. The meal in the evening was really lovely and the staff were great too. Check in service very chaotic, no one seemed to know what to do and guests being directed all over Over all we were disappointed as having read the reviews we expected more. I feel as though I’ve been picky but could have added another few things to the list as I’m sure a hotel inspector would

Super service and facilities although clearly on a improvement curve since opening. The minor fittings in the spa and rooms need attention- the wet sauna wasn’t operating when we visited, coat hooks loose, little details let it down. The bar staff chatting n front of customers while the bar area is messy, stock not put away, and leaving the bar unattended is odd in an establishment of 5star aspirations. Breakfast cooked to order very slow. In general- vegetarian options limited. Hotel concierge/porter top notch.
