Not lift related. We were undertaken by one of their drivers, then the driver proceeded to drive very aggressively alongside us, then drive in front of us slowing down and brake checking us. Wouldn't allow us to overtake and was generally just a horrible driver/person plate jumber YP72 VEK near Newmarket. Should be ashamed of himself as we had 2 kids in the car. Kept waving us to pull over as I would assume he wanted to fight.

These lifts are always out of order, I live at 88 Wood Lane building. There are 3 lifts and sometimes 2 of them and sometimes 3 of the lifts are not working

This company is a disgrace. They are supposed to offer 24 hour service but have left our block of flats without a lift for 12 days now. The flats are full of elderly people who cannot access the stairs and have been trapped in their rooms. The company has lied and has a couldn't care less attitude.
