Oh dear, I do hope SCG did extensive due diligence (customer services) before signing on 2Circles. For a communication company that promotes itself to be world leading I have found over the past 3 years that with a succession of 5 different account managers it had considerable difficulty communicating within its own team. Ordered a SIP upgrade and it took over 6 months to install, moved to a VOIP line and been overcharged payments ever since. Reached the end of my 36 month contract and they have the downright cheek to claim a termination charge. Unfortunately I cannot post a review with ZERO stars which is in itself would be over praising them....so you may have the one star as my termination charge.

Well it appears that you only know how a company's customer service will be when you hit a bump in the road. I feel extremely let down by 2 circles - I won't name names because that is unfair, but my account manager called me twice to advise that one of our handsets was going over use, but on neither occasion left me a voice message so I had no idea this was happening. They texted the handset of the phone, but that was pointless because the individual who had gone over their allowance was hardly going to run to me and tell me they had done this. I queried our acount manager about the rationale of calling but not leaving a message and he agreed there was no point in making the call and then not leaving a message. After complaining I was passed to a senior manager and she advised me that while she had the capacity to make some form of repration (I asked for 50/50 split on charges which I thought was fair) they had had a tough financial year through Covid and as such she was not prepared to and held no responsibility whatseover. I am now considering a complaint to the ombudsman. It's such a shame that such an unhelpul attitude should have been employed to a company that has been with them for many years. Of course, as I explained, the letter of the law states the extra fees are my responsibility, however what's the point in having and employing an account manager to advise you when you are going over who does not leave a message? - as a result I have now had 3 consecutive months of over use because I was not able to upgrade until I received my 1st bill with the extra charges on which was month 2 and the upgrade I then requested did not start until the beginning of the following month. C'mon 2 circles - this is WRONG!

When a company tries to take more money from you for a service that you didn't ask for, then States you had 90 days to cancel... I never asked for it in the first place. Total breach of contract.... It like someone getting caught stealing then, saying i was giving it back after being caught, To add, then asking not to be prosecuted. Then pretend that they were doing you a favor, how many other businesses are paying more than they signed up for ???? Check your account with this company. As they use Talk Talk which are cheaper go direct... 2 Circles Communications Ltd Never again.....
