Very disappointed. My daughter in law ordered flowers from here for mothers day. After a week I discovered that the bouquet was covered in tiny creatures spinning webs in between the petals and crawling over the cellophane. I contacted Scentiments by email as , I felt they should be aware of this but received no reply . A week later i rang Scentiments and was greeted by a very unhelpful lady who said she had been too busy to look into my complaint and that all her flowers were checked before delivery to her shop , making me feel it was my fault that the bouquet was snided in these insects. I sent her a video of the said creatures , whereupon, she asked me if I thought they were whitefly , I replied I didn't know what whitefly looks like! This was a month ago and I have had no correspondence since. I feel this lady needs a lesson in customer service, my daughter in law will have paid a lot of money for these flowers which had to be thrown out well before they should have been. I did say to the lady I wasn't after any compensation, but felt that she should be aware of the problem , in return I was made to feel a nuisance! I will not be using this florist again and certainly won't be recommending it either. Scentiments. .....you can do better

We used sentiments for the second time the 1st was for our daughters wedding flowers which were beautiful. This time it was for my mums funeral flowers they were beautiful again i would highly recommend them.
