I ordered a diffuser( £150) from here and the product was faulty and would not fit my car correctly i sent the product back in january and have been battling with them every since trying to get a refund it is now going into May avoid at all costs .

Took my car here today to have an hr's investigation done on it as keep getting damage on my brake discs. Was told could not find anything but as the brakes were brand new, no damage has been caused as yet. Spoke to Matt who was incredibly helpful. The brakes were squeaking and was told that the pads had been fitted incorrectly. Matt explained that he would get them fitted the right way round and I was still only charged the hr's investigation. Matt told me if the shuddering started again, to bring the car back and they would look into it. I wish I had brought the car to them in the first place. I could not recommend this company enough. SCC have gained another customer. Very very pleased.

Used SCC on three sperate occasions, 1st time they initially misdiagnosed the issue, however rectified it immediately and completed the work to a very high standard, very pleased on that occasion, 2nd time on a different ST that had some issues they charged me over £500 and made the car worse, another garage found issues with the work they carried out and managed to sort the car out, not happy with SCC on that occasion, now this brings me to last weekend on yet another ST, took it into SCC for a stage 2 revo map, very pleased with the map itself, can't fault it, however not so happy with the tuner who took it for its road test after the map, when he parked the car up, he pulled the handbrake that high and hard that it made a audible popping noise and the handbrake release button was jammed in, also I suspect he has hit a pothole or something along those lines, as after parking up he was inspecting the front passenger side near the wheel/bumper area, didn't think anything of it at the time, until I went over a speed hump, the car is now creaking from the front passenger side when it didn't before

Well where do I start, John a big thank you to you, especially everyone else at SCC performance, ordered a part for my RS. But they sent out with wrong item not their fault, I emailed them and they straight away got in contact, from the time I posted the item back they’ve been in contact all throughout. They informed me about how Ford don’t make the part anymore and told me every little detail. Offered me a refund, or exchange for something else, so I went for the exchange and they quickly sorted everything out asap and stayed in contact with me all the way. To anyone I would recommend these guys in a heart beat. Very helpful and knowledgeable, they’re willing to give you advice and help you out straight away. Thank you, especially to John who was behind the emails, highly recommended!!!
