I ordered a pendant and the whole process was pretty simple. Following my mother's death in May I ordered some handmade ceramic keepsake comfort pebbles, containing some of her ashes, for my family members. The service I received from Scattering Ashes was excellent from start to finish with good communications and level of respect. The pebbles came within the time scale advised and were well packaged and nicely presented. They are beautifully made and will be a lovely and long lasting keepsake of a wonderful Mum. We had a great experience. We asked for our pet to be returned in a scatter tube when he was cremated but he was returned to us in what was basically a plastic sandwich bag, in a box. We were extremely upset and found Scattering Ashes online and ordered a scatter tube that afternoon. It arrived to us in less than 24h. We have now transferred our little guy into the tube following the instructions in our order. They made our situation extremely less stressful. Thank you so much.
