    I dont like to out 1 star to be honest .. shud no star at all. The reception is not helping, and so difficult to have appointment. Call 8 am for urgent matter never have doctor. No function as clinic to help people which need help.

    I've always had a good experience with the receptionists, the nurses and the doctors. You might get a phone call before a face to face appointment which is a pity but a least you get to speak to a doctor.

    Not even minus stars. Nothing! I cannot even begin to describe how dreadful it is to be registered with this surgery! I suffer of severe endometriosis and I have now called 4 TIMES TO SEE A DOCTOR FOR A referral only and have been told each time to call at 2 (if I called at 8) and to call at 8am if I called at2. Now I’ve been told to call at 1. It’s just disgusting. And then they wonder how do people end up with prolonged sickness and why the NHS is overwhelmed; provably because of GP surgeries like this one. I hope you deal with my transfer file smoothly.

    SHOCKING. This surgery should be closed down.It has been like this since the pandemic began but getting worse. Today I called for an appointment. I was told it would be June before I could get one. If it was an emergency I had to call back at 1pm. I called back at 1 pm and was told that the doctor had gone off for the day and I had to call back tomorrow..It is a disgrace. This practise is being paid considerable sums to provide a service to thousands of patients yet is failing in its duty of care to do so. Yet it is still being paid. This needs escalating further

    This practice is currently at an all time low. I’ve been registered here for over twenty years and it was once a terrific practice. Currently appointments take up to over a month and are via telephone. Appointments can take place either side of an hour of the actual appointment time. The administrative dots are not joined up e.g. you take tests but are not called to inform you that the results are back from the lab. You then have to make an appointment with a doctor and wait weeks to be informed about the meaning of the results. All very impersonal and distant. The front dest staff are clearly stressed out and it shows in their interactions with patients. It’s all rather grim.

    Just got a call back from Nor the pharmacist who was very patient kind thoughtful and considerate as well as professional,, She sorted out my prescription very quickly!! As with all the drs here and the receptionists I can’t believe that it took me so long to find this amazing medical centre 👍

    Terrible surgery. We've had many issues since the pandemic started with this surgery. This time, I spoke to 111 for a possible allergic reaction. They sent a referral to the surgery and asked me to call them saying that I had spoken to 111. The receptionist didn't even check and told me they had no appointments and to try tomorrow. No wonder the NHS is overwhelmed. GPs like this are not doing their job. The receptionists are rude, and clueless. Don't use them.
