From the outset I found staff to be courteous, efficient and helpful. We chose our tiles and placed an order - and then Covid-19 arrived. This played havoc with our bathroom supplier's delivery deadlines and fitting, resulting in work not proceeding as planned. However, Direct Tile Importers were very understanding and were happy to store our tiles for months without quibble. The most impressive thing for me was Direct Tiles was also willing to be flexible in terms of their returns policy because of our particular situation. I can recommend Direct Tile Importers (Scarborough) without reservation. I will certainly use this company again.
