Scarborough Spa's supplied 3 new hot tubs for our luxury lodges. The initial sales engagement with Andy was back in early 2018 and we finally placed the order in July 2018 with the hot tubs delivered to us in September. The pricing was super competitive and the installation went smoothly. From a sales perspective, it was very painless, even when I had to finally pay for the 3 new hot tubs!!! But what really sets Scarborough Spa's apart is the phenomenal after sales service. We had a failure on one of our tubs and after a quick phone call to Andy, replacement parts were dispatched and with us the next day. I was happy to fit myself to save them having to book and send an engineer. Our guests love the hot tubs in our lodges which have multi coloured LED lighting and a bluetooth sound system with Piezo speakers. We always point them to Scarborough Spas if they are looking to buy a hot tub for home. Great pricing backed up by amazing customer service is what sets Scarborough Spas apart from the competition. Highly recommended.

New Years Eve 2018, hot tub failed, BUT NOT a hot tub purchased from Scarborough spa I must add. After calling the owner on Sunday not only did Sean arrange for an engineer to contact me within an hour to discuss the fault but Darren the Engineer then made a visit to me at 9am New Years Eve to fix the fault! Amazing service, first class, true professionals. Never used them before but will be using them in the future for all spa requirements. Thank you again, very much appreciated.
