A joke of a place. I went at 16:10 to pick up an Amazon parcel delivered to the collection point and they'd decided to close at 16:00 instead of 17:30 due to staff holidays. There was still a post office guy sitting at the desk who did his best to avoid saying anything and a woman at the back (a WH Smith employee?) who started shouting 'It's closed! There's nothing he can do! at me before I'd even had a chance to ask what the situation was. Refused to serve me even though it would have taken literally 30 seconds to scan my barcode and give me my parcel. Given that it was an Amazon (not RM) parcel I am sure they could've done this even if they'd already shut down all the Royal Mail systems for the day.

Truly terrible. Just wanted to pick up some Christmas gifts that got delivered there but got told that they close in 20 minutes so it's too late for collection. What's the point of closing times if you just close whenever you feel like it?!
