I'm not actually at this surgery but the surgery I am with is joined to this one so sometimes I get appointments here. Generally the call time for South cliffe surgery is quite quick and you can usually get an appointment. The surgery itself is clean and bright and I prefer it out of the two that I can attend. Dr Cole at south cliffe surgery is very good, she was good with my children and myself. She has a great bedside manner and is very effective in her practise and in making sure you receive the care that is needed. I would highly recommend her. I cant say I know much more than that. They seem to have allot of bad reviews online but I imagine that is more to do with the immense pressure all surgeries are under at the moment and lack of staffing which I guess is part of the nature of current times. So far I can say my experience on a whole has been a very positive one. ✨️

Just tried to get a repeat on some antibiotics through my pmr. I work in a pharmacy so I know they can do this regardless if it's for a tooth absess or not. Very rudely got told they're not insured to do anything with teeth. Then hung up on me. So rude. Absolutely disgusted. Get some bloody manours. I also had something else to discuss but didn't get chance.
