  Beware! The building uses the NSP app to open its doors, which requires WiFi and Bluetooth. Usually it takes 5-10 seconds for the door to open, and sometimes it takes about 30 seconds, which is very annoying. Plus, sometimes the app fails, and you will be locked outside your room or in the bin store helplessly! Imagine you have to stand in front of every single door you encounter for 10 seconds before it opens. Considering how many doors you need to open everyday: the main gate, the door to the corridor of your floor, the door to your room, the door to the kitchen, the door to the corridor of the floor of the laundry room/gym, the door to the bin store etc., living here is extremely inconvenient! The staff at the reception keep telling me that this is normal and the app is slow for everyone. They do not intend to do anything to solve this issue, and some staff members are being quite rude! Edit: opening the door in one or two seconds is possible if you have a new phone. But if your phone is slow, then unfortunately the receptionists can’t do anything about it and they will blame you for having a slow phone. Other 5 star reviews were probably written when the building was giving out free chocolate for 5 star reviews.
