    We had a fantastic time at a cocktail making class for a hen party. Prosecco on arrival, loads of cocktails and games and they even accommodated mocktails for those that don't drink! The ladies that hosted us were so bubbly, fun and patient with everyone.

    I was there with a group of friends last Sunday (7th May), and we decided to use the app to order to avoid congestion at the bar. 2 orders went in within a few minutes of each other. 1 arrived within 20 minutes, but mine wasn't there after 40 minutes so I enquired about it. It still wasn't there after 50 mins and by then we were ready to leave so I went to the bar to cancel it and ask for my money back. Not accusatory at all. The female serving went straight on the defensive, saying "you can see how busy we are!" and "here are your drinks now". But her tone and attitude was terrible, without provocation. I politely pointed out the discrepancy in times and that many other people came in after us and had already been served and also that 50 mins for a drink by any standards is not acceptable (by then it was nowhere near as busy as it had been). I repeated the request to just have a refund on the card, which she refused saying we can't do that. After asking to speak to the manager in that case, she all of sudden managed to issue my refund. If she had just been civil in the first place, I would have accepted this and not felt the need to write a review. We all have bad days but there is no excuse for bad attitude. I get the impression the order has gone astray and that's all I needed to hear. The truth. She's obviously used to drunk, obnoxious people. She could see that wasn't me. It was my first drink of the day (or wasn't as the case turned out)!

    Shocking service, none of the staff knew what was going on at any point. So slow when serving, no communication as to who was next. No cutlery given with food. Food was cold. After the long wait I couldn't be bothered to send it back. The app also was poor, didn't send through a transaction. Only good thing about the place was the outdoor seating in a nice location. I won't be returning
