They don’t deserve even one star. Book the truck a week in advance for a tacho calibration witch they’ve told us it gonna be done Thursday morning call them couple of time in the afternoon and they wasn’t able to do it and promise it will be done Friday first thing in the morning. Call them Friday around 9 am and been told that now they will start to look at the truck.Arrived there after 11 am the truck still not moved and been told it will be done in couple of hours. A job like this take around one hour apparently Scania Southampton needs around two days . Very disappointing about you guys hope you gonna improve your service because people use to have expectations from a dealership like Scania meanwhile definitely won’t use you again.
