Not my normal visit to Scania, this time it was to deliver a portable toilet block (due to facility upgrades). Had trouble connecting the stairs up to the toilet (due to poor design) but Scania team was more then helpful (as usual) tried suggesting other options that would suit. Job completed in the end. And Scania was greatful

Poor communication leads to long waits and wasted time. Vehicles are rarely ready for collection at the specified times in my experience. **** Update 08/2/23. Vehicle not ready when I arrived to collect it again! 09/ 02/23 collected by another driver and the engine oil had not been topped up despite it being requested when it was dropped off! ( surely that is the most basic requirement of an inspection) So now I have to go back to Maidstone to get that sorted. Another morning wasted! Why don't you introduce a customer portal so people can log on and check the status of there vehicle to save travelling to site for nothing! It really is a poor service. I was going to email the details of the various problems I seem to have on a regular basis, as you suggested, and did indeed sit down to do so, but I had already wasted so much time messing around at your site that week I just couldn't face wasting another hour listing all the failings!
