Dropped truck off for service then 24hrs later my transport manager called me and said scania Fareham had made false allegations that I had damaged their courtesy car no proof just threw it out there absolutely disgusting shame on them 👎

Arrived for truck and trailer inspection which was booked in on the 29/11 I normally have it done on a Friday night but it being Christmas I had to change to Thursday. only to be told that it's not booked. Now I've had to let my customer down as I can get loaded and tipped and back by Thursday next week as the only day they can get it done is Friday 30th December day time.

Collected a new Scania from here for delivery to a customer. The staff were great, helpful and welcoming. The coffee was free and the facilities were clean. Good customer service as there was an issue with some external communication which the staff sorted promptly. The Scania was a nice drive and a pleasure to deliver.
