I have used Tangled Yarns online store many times with zero problems. Finally got a chance to visit the shop in person and it's lovely. Full of a huge range of yarns, with a great variety of weights, colours and composition, along side a great selection of accessories. The owner is really lovely too, and really made us feel welcome in the shop. Couldn't recommend it more - my go to shop for yarn!

Arranged a visit with Rachel when i happened to be visiting the area. I had looked at the shop on line but wanted to get a sense of the yarns as they hold many makes and qualities of yarn that sounded fabulous but i was not familiar with. I wasn’t disappointed. The selection of yarn Rachel carries is amazing and her knowledge of colours and how quickly she grasped a sense of what i was looking for was amazing. As i was looking for a yarn alternative she set about working out how much i would need whilst i looked around. I have never seen such beautiful yarn in such a range of colours - i could easily have mooched around for several hours. As i dont live locally this is not possible but i will feel confident to buy online now. Rachel was really helpful and obviously knows about knitting. Was a pleasure to visit, recommended if possible just for the delight but i look forward to further purchases online. Thank you again Rachel for your help

Got some chiaogoo bamboo Interchangeables as a Christmas present but it was really the metal ones I wanted my daughter contacted the seller to see if an exchange was possible she got an almost instant reply saying it was no problem absolutely brilliant customer service would recommend this online shop 100%

I love this shop! Although I have yet to visit in person, the help and advice and attention to detail given by Rachel goes above and beyond. She always makes sure I have the right yarn for the project and helps with colour choices ( not always easy online). I've lost count of how many purchases I've made from here but I know there will always be another! Just a great shop and owner.
