Firstly they cancelled my first appointment 10 mins before whilst I was parked up about to go inside. Second appointment was Really bad experience. Knocking on the door, ringing the bell for 5 mins. Eventually the door opened. I was told my appointment has been cancelled and she spoke to my husband. Nobody spoke to my husband. She got me mixed up with someone else. Then told me she hadn't had my referral and couldn't do the scan, again this was incorrect. Told me they are seeing someone else as I was late but nobody was opening the door!!!! I had to wait around 45 mins to eventually be seen. Scan was fine but the appointment and receptionist process was a nightmare and totally incorrect info given.

Amazing service and staff! I came for a reassurance scan as it was quite a long wait until my NHS scan. After suffering an early miscarriage early in the year I was extremely anxious. The staff were amazing. The lady on the phone booked me an appointment the very same day. The lady who did my scan was patient and understanding and took time to reassure me everything was alright. She gave me a report to show my midwife and I even got 2 photographs included. I will be booking again soon to see little one again! Thankyou so much

I had a early scan today at scan assure after medical problems in previous pregnancies so i needed some reassurance. The sonographer Alyssa was amazing, So reassuring and kind and has really put my mind at rest! I'll definatley be using them again for my next scans. They are so reasonably priced compared to alot of private scan companies. Absolutely worth every single penny! Thanks so much! :)

I had my baby Scan here last we week and it was just perfect. The sonographer was lovely and spent ages with me explaining the scan and reassuring me about baby. I felt confident the minute I spoke with the booking team who seemed really to care about what I wanted. The place is also lovely and relaxing and they shown me their brand new scanning suite which opens soon and it looks really nice, I have booked my 4D scan with them for October. The prices were the best I could find (after much looking around) and offered great value for money. What I really loved though was the way that they checked everything they could on baby and was really meticulous. I cannot recommend these guys more.

Just had a scan here after a referral from my GP. I was early for my appointment so expected a wait but the seccond I walked in through the door I was greeted and taken straight into the scan room. The man scanning me did all he could to protect my dignity and made me feel very relaxed. He talked me through what was happening as well as general chit chat which helped keep me relaxed. An experience I was dreading turned out to be much less daunting than I could ever imagine, and this was all down to this fantastic place. Thank you!!!

I have used this scan clinic twice now - first was for myself for a Liver scan. My GP said I had some function test that showed up wrong, I couldn't face the usual slog at my local Hospital so I paid for my own scan! similes and brilliant! These guys were spot on and really looked after me and it was well worth the cost. I got instant results and total peace of mind. The second was for my Daughter - she wanted a 4D bonding scan. It was in the same clinic in Bolton, just near The Bolton School, but on a weekend. The staff treated my girl like a princess and she absolutely loved it. The room was lovely and they spent ages with us, explaining everything. The pictures and film totally blew me away of the baby - technology is amazing now.
