I searched for an experienced company that could assist with a Control4 Matrix that failed after 5 years of being installed. Nobody existed that would perform a repair, my only solution was to purchase a replacement at a cost of £2500 but none existed in stock. I went to visit Keith who took the unit in within days of my initial enquiry. Within a few days, an assessment was made, parts ordered, delivered and installed. Saved us a fortune which also proves these electronic items can be repaired with the right experienced, knowledgeable and willing engineer to undertake the task. A true professional and a pleasure to do business with. We all need to do more to keep this small specialised entities alive. Great job and highly recommended.
