I went for my dress shop after not having so much luck elsewhere and they were all so helpful and lovely and really listened to what i wanted and made me feel absolutely amazing in my chosen dress and really helped me with everything I wanted and needed and couldn't recommend them anymore. Really lovely atmosphere and really make u feel welcome couldn't recommend anymore really really happy and made me feel so excited for my day. Also the dress quality is absolutely amazing❤️ so thank you very much for being so helpful and making me feel so welcome and amazing

Thank you for the most lovely bridal experience Everything about the shop is lovely - the shop itself, the dresses & the staff. I felt like they where my friends & it was my first time meeting them! What an experience we have had this afternoon at the bridal room. The minute we worked in we felt at home. I accompanied the bride to the visit and we were all asked to take a seat and the girls made us a coffee while we talked through the brides visions. Originally the bride had asked for a certain style of dress, so Gail started picking. However, what she also did was pick dresses we knew were not something the bride would have imagined herself in and gave her a full bridal experience. The dress Gail chose was in fact the dress. It was like nothing we could ever imagine and the bride was so blown away, of course myself and the other bridesmaid were in tears as she said yes to the dress. Both of the girls just made the experience magical and we celebrated with a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The whole experience was incredible and both of the team were so down to earth and offered advice and suggestions, without ever being pushy, they followed the brides guidance but also used their expertise to find the perfect dress. What a magical experience my best friend has had today. I will return when it’s my turn :)

To then taking me slightly off my preference, to make me find my perfect dress. I fell In love from the moment I tried it to the moment we put the deposit down and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day. Sophie really knows what she’s talking about. The whole experience at The Bridal Rooms was amazing. The way they listen and then pick out the dresses for you, the knowledge that was given about fittings and changes was second to none. They were so professional and actually cared about making the Bride happy and feel the best that she could. We had such a wonderful time and couldn’t be happier with the service or the dress!!! The best experience that we have had (and we’ve been to a few) keep doing what you’re doing ladies because you’re fab at it!!!!
