Had my first session this morning with Greta and I'm super happy with the outcome especially after only 1 session. Greta was friendly, welcoming and answered all my questions without any difficulty. The session took about 3.5 hours, the time mostly flew by as I watched netflix during the procedure. Pain was minimal, about 3/10 overall and not as bad as I expected. If like me you were debating on getting SMP done, I'd strongly advise you to just go for it and definitely give ScalpMates a message, you won't regret it.

Absolutely spot on service from Laur at Scalpmates. From consultation to checkup - everything was explained fully. At no point did Laur try to push extra cost on me, to be honest - Laur actually tried to dissuade me from spending. On costs, from the 3-4 companies i looked at, Scalpmates was by far the cheapest but don't let this put you off; you get a top quality service

5 stars and I genuinely mean it! My hair had been receding from my corners quite badly and thinning a bit on the top, and I decided to shave my head because I was sick of constantly trying to hide the balding parts. After I shaved my head I realised how noticeable the receding was and I really considered a hair transplant. After some research I discovered SMP and ScalpMates and honestly i’m so glad I followed through with trying it out as opposed to the transplant. Laur is a real professional when it comes to SMP and such a great person. After a few sessions now my hairline is back better than ever and the best part is that everybody I meet doesn’t even realise until I tell them that I don’t actually have hair in my corners, it’s that well blended in! Fair to say my confidence is fully back and i’m happy with myself and my decision to get SMP done from ScapMates. Prices are SO much better than a transplant and you don’t have to worry about the possibility of struggling to have children like you do when you’re on the pills for hair transplants. Absolute no brainer for me and i’ve already been back for a low and VERY reasonably priced top up after almost a year from my previous session. Firstly I would say that Laut is an absolute gentleman. Totally listens and understands exactly what is required. Having never had a tattoo of any sort my initial concern was about ensuring everything is sterile and of course the potential pain involved. I needn't have worried on either front. Everything is tip top and although Laur offers numbing cream it wasn't necessary. Most importantly of all though is that Laur spends much of the time to mutually ensure that the hairline is what you want. It took 3 sessions to get the desired affect. Now my wife thinks I look 10 years younger. :) Best decision I made in years.

Had 3 sessions with Laur and then a touch up a couple of weeks later and I couldn’t be happier. I looked into SMP for a while but found steep pricing and came across the Scalp Mates site. Pricing was affordable and after a call with Laur, he answered my questions and when I went to my first appointment I was nervous but Laur soon put my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable. The sessions flew by and I really enjoyed our chats about family and life. The results are fantastic, life changing for me in fact. Laur is a true artist and really cares about what he is doing. I was never happy with my hair loss and lost a lot of confidence but now I am confident again. Also the finish is so natural nobody has noticed they just look at me and cannot put their finger on what has changed.

So happy I did Laur made me very relaxed and confident so much so I told Laur to forget the consultation and start treatment. Amazing, Laur has changed my life in a way I feel so much more confident and everyone cannot believe the difference and so natural. Laur is amazing and so professional and loves the transformation he does on you and his enthusiasm and skill he creates on you is unbelievable.
